Repress from the Moondog's debut LP, released on his own record label Moondog Records in New York in 1956, and was sold by himself at that time. it was later picked up by Prestige, but has not been available for a long while. This album has 16 tracks with wonderful percussion, (most on hand-made percussion instruments, played by himself), beautiful melody lines with an eastern feel, and features his japanese wife on vocals on some of the tracks. well recommended!!
