Ben Sun returns to his native Voyeurhythm with a very personal two-track 12'' for the label he co-founded.
The record has a dark side and a light side. Beginning in the dark, Phantoms emerges from hazy house drums and congas into a spacey combination of strings and synths underpinned by a thick submerged bassline. Entering into the light on side B, Remote Release unfolds with a clear yet analogue sound, full of breathy rhythm and rolling melodies; a jazz-infused dance sound that bristles with warm energy.
