Band leader, arranger and pianist Pete Rodriguez' 'I Like It Like That' is a well know, all time classic taken from the 1966 LP 'I Like It Like That (A Mi Me Gusta Asi)’, also released on 7” in 1967, both on New York based Alegre Records, which was eventually sold to Fania Records.
‘I Like It Like That’ bizarrely ended up being used by Odeon Cinema’s in the UK as their pre-trailer branding track...!
