After many years of silence, DaRand land is more active than ever: several releases and remixes on Downbeat records, Freebeat and Pulp, and now, his own label, Urban Imagery.

The first release, "Aspects of NYC " goes on the way of his first works on Deep4life and defines perfectly the DaRand sound. "Of the time" is an emotional and deep house track where all the pads, bass lines, melodies and rhythmic parts are harmonically merged. Pure silk. Some notes on a rhodes give the counterpoint and contrast to the rest of the synthetic elements in "Smoky soul" ; and the obsessive but delicate, "Luv rekindling" completes this collection of emotional moods.
