Following the success of the Beneficence, Rashad & Confidence and The Legion releases, Ill Adrenaline Records and Da Beatminerz teamed up to put out two dope bangers coming straight out the vaults from Mr. Walt and Evil Dee. The funky and hard-hitting east coast/west coast collaboration banger “…Sumthin”, produced by Mr. Walt and featuring Tash of Tha Alkaholiks and Brick City’s Rah Digga, was recorded back in ‘98 and shelved until now. The b-side contains a laid back remix of Black Star’s (Mos Def & Talib Kweli) “Another World”, produced by Evil Dee. Da Beatminerz got hired to remix this track (originally produced by UK production crew The Creators) in ‘98, but sadly it didn’t make it onto any release until now.
