After the release of their first drummerless single, 'All Night Party' in 1979 -- one of the first releases on the legendary Manchester-based Factory Records (Joy Division, New Order, Happy Mondays) -- ACR added 'funky drummer' Donald Johnson to their mix and a began serving up a new mix of highly danceable post-punk funk. After going to America to tour (along with label mates New Order) and record their debut LP, To Each... (produced by Martin Hannett), ACR returned to Europe, where they were soon taking part in another Factory package tour of Holland, Belgium and Germany, shared with Section 25, as well as The Names and Durutti Column. Recorded live on October 26th at a tiny venue in Northern Holland, this is a great sounding live album from those exciting early days, thanks to the work of a highly competent soundman, and of course a great sounding band." 180 gram vinyl.
