First in a series of split 12inch singles, PPU-019 features the rare 80s funk recordings of Durham North Carolina’s Willie Hill and Milwaukee Wisconsin’s Roshell Anderson. “Delicate Rose” blossomed on the PPU Video Party DVD, and the label had some many requests for it, they decided to release it on vinyl. “Wild Dreams” originally released in the late 80s only came out locally in Milwaukee on Deerfield Records. PPU had no problem locating the artist for this one since he’s an ABC News anchor in Wisconsin. For those into Dam-Funk and the likes!
