The Locke Saints Band was a High School band from Watts Califorinia led by Reggie Andrews. Also known as the Msingi Workshop, The Locke Saints band created Deep Jazz/Funk and Modern Soul. Similar to Kashmere Stage Band, there is an energy and mood to the music that is raw yet focused.
