Volumes have been written about Larry Levan & NYC's Paradise Garage and their influence on disco and club culture. It's the stuff of urban legend - the spectacular sound system, the incredible music, and the crowds that danced till noon. The club run for over a decade ('76 - '87) but like all things it had to come to an end. These recordings from the club's final nights have been properly pressed up on wax. This is DJ history right here, Larry Levan throwin it down all the way live on 2 turntables and the Urei 1620 (with delay effects on the Reel to Reel of course). This is disk 2 of 5 and comes in a sweet silk-screened cover of Larry illustrated by Keith Haring. Each side plays for about 25 minutes.
