The Oscillation is the brainchild of multi instrumentalist and producer Demian Castellanos. Pop songs alongside the psychedelic, sometimes sounding like a lighter version of Joy Division, on other tracks reminiscent of Spiritualized or Loop. The tracks on “Out of Phase’ show an artist who is as comfortable making pop songs as expansive psychedelic freakouts.
