Recently he's stepped up solo and production projects — check his ace Marvin vs. WJK edits from last year — and for Honest Jon's he's totally re-worked Tony Allen's tough Afrobeat protest song: this is jazzy, soulful, and percussive, with a gorgeous, searching vocal by Zaki Ibrahim.
