	After cutting  her teeth as a member of the jazz avant garde (touring with Albert Ayler & 
collaborating heavily with Paul Bley). She made further history for her pioneering work with the Moog synthesizer. (She was the first to use it live apparantly and to use it to electronically modify vocals). Her critically acclaimed
