Stones Throw records team up with Adult Swim, Cartoon Network's late night animation network and release this dope compilation, presented by Peanut Butter Wolf. Adult Swim was already responsible for DangerDoom's 'The mouse and the mask' album that came out on Epitaph/Lex records. Chrome Children contains mostly new and exclusive material by artists such as MF Doom, J Dilla, Madlib, J Rocc, Gary Wilson, Pure Essence, Baron Zen, Young Jazz Rebels etc 19 tracks total. On the DVD that comes with this CD there's footage of a live concert of MF Doom and Madlib and is produced and edited by Adult Swim. Tip!
