After the success of the release 'Keep On Running' on the Belgian Music Man label, Steve Rachmad returns to his own Interpersonal Experience label to release this third release as Sterac Electronics. Producing over ten years, with releases on labels as Music Man, Tresor, M-Plant and Sino, Steve Rachmad is undoubtly one of Dutch most successful techno producers. Tip!
As Sterac Electronics he releases his more electro oriented material. 'Clown', a more raw, sharp track, drawing influence from acts as Dopplereffekt or Drexciya. Smootly arranged track, with it's upfront synth basses. The tracks on the b-side come in a more classical way. 'Le Mouvement' reminds through it's funky basslines to original Detroit artists as Model 500 or Optic Nerve, but maybe even most to Kraftwerk. Tight electro beats, along the funky basslines, and warm melodies. The deep inspirational title track 'Atlantis', a beautiful beatless/ambient track, reminding to Tangerine Dream and Kraftwerk as much, as more recent Global Communication. Bubbling bass synths on top of the dreamy deep strings. A release showing the real beauty of machines.
