The title refers to this 12 as being pressed up in the US, obviously not all the artists are based there. The remix of Herbert under his Dr Rockit guise, changes the off-beat opus 'new day' into a sonic, quirky electro track comparable to his stuff on phonography and adding a new, haunting vocal by philly neo-soul prodigy Ovasoul. Also included is a Stereolab mix that sounds alot like Koop with a slick jazz rhythm. Production genius Madlib re-interprets 'L.O.V.E. - you and me and I' in the vein of his YNQ project - adding live drums and other instruments for a jazz/hip-hop odyssey.
