Most of you will know Steve Rachmad already through his output on many labels or his famous DJ sets all around the world. This Amsterdam born music talent first started DJing professionally in the early 90s as well as releasing music on ESP and 100% Pure. Later on he got a chance to release on Fragile (Transmat off shoot) when it was still THE Detroit label. This started to put him on the map. Since then many releases followed on labels such as M-Plant, Music Man, Scorp, Rotation, Tresor, Sino & Jericho. Three tracks on this 12', 2 electro tracks and one rework of an 80s classic. Being inspired by many Detroit records, this inspiration is easily evident in his music. 'My Preparation' is a fierce forward electro track, which resembles to Dopplereffect. On the other side 'Just Prepared' is a slightly rougher, darker mix of the A-side. The 3rd track is a nice techno-fied rework of Captain Rapps 80s classic 'Bad Times', which is still much in demand. This release should please all electro fans, but should also crossover to other genres, like techno heads. Only available as whitelabel now!
