Full lenght album by this four member japanese nujazz formation ( of which Hajime Yoshizawa from Especial records is a part also ). Although this album is filed under headz, there's some 4/4 house tracks on it as well. The production is clean and sharp. Rhythm patterns are programmed and then there's additional live instruments joining in. There's also a number of remixes and contributions from some fresh producers involved. First off all there's a Jazztronik mix from 'TBD' , turning the offbeat original into a uplifting percussive vocal house track. Both of these mixes are also released on a separate 12' . Next up is a Recloose mix from 'WYG' ( original also on this album) and is exclusive to this album. Mr Chicoine gives this track a cool twist with his ever deviant production style. It starts off with some vocal skits over some thin, rhythmic sounds, later joined by dope bassline and light, floating stringwork. Then comes a cool ofbeat shuffle and the track works itself to a climax as some edgy synth patterns take over...Mustang ( Visions/Mainsqueeze/2000black ) drops 'Starseed' a jazz flavoured abstract track with some warm synth work and dope beat programming. Flytronix's contribution is called 'Astral Circulation' , a nujazz workout with loose jazz flavoured beats, melodious basswork and a touch of vocoded vocals. Dope , Check !!!
