1. Metro

After two lovely twelve inches on Rushhour Recordings, the Amsterdam media collective M>O>S come with their debut Delsin 12'. (2002)
As ever before the record brings some lovely analogue beauties. On side a, the long soft strings in 'Metro', come in contradiction with the raw beats and hi-hats underneath them. It's another example of the pureness and effectiveness, for which the MOSc's are known for. 'Ampule' is a borrowed sound track of a short documentary, which brings the analogue sounds to full spectrum. Side B brings the more introvert sound of M>O>S with the track 'Lyrical', with a more organic approach, almost like robots going acoustic on a sunny Sunday afternoon. 'Lost Subways' bring the M>O>S sound to full capabilities, even bringing back memories of the pureness and beauty techno once used to have.
